NYC Baby Shower – Brooklyn
What a beautiful atmosphere it was at the New York City Baby Shower at the Brownsville Recreation Center. Assemblywoman Latrice M. Walker, accompanied by her 4-year-old daughter, delivered a very touching message to the Brooklyn community and mingled with constituents. NYC Deputy Mayor Richard Buery led a captivating storytime for the children in the room. In addition to networking with other agencies and meeting Brooklyn families, the LYFE team had a great time speaking with current and former student parents about the resources they received.
